Since moving from stand up comedy into acting fulltime, Lauren Hammersley has been tearing up the screen. In 2010 she starred in the feature film Stag alongside Donald Faison (Scrubs) and Jon Dore (The Jon Dore Television Show), in addition to guest starring on Showcase’s Single White Spenny starring Spencer Rice. In 2011, Lauren joined the cast of CBC’s Mr. D in the lead role of Lisa, and is eagerly awaiting for the show’s premiere in January 2012.
